What is an Exhibit Board?
Exhibit Boards are poster or display boards that allow your units/councils to:

  • Share your PTA projects and achievements.

  • Communicate your message to other councils and units.

Prize ribbons will be awarded for most original displays!

Winning exhibits must have, visibly identified, on the front of the display, the name of
the unit, the council and the district. Remember, there are no periods in PTA or PTSA.

Your display should strive to:

  • Present your message visually and clearly. Simplicity is the key to an exhibit being

  • understandable and visually pleasing.

  • Include posters, flyers, portfolios, photographs, collages, and/or exhibits that you have

  • used throughout the school year.

  • Promote your PTA, including special events, activities, projects and/or parent and

  • student education programs.

  • Be original. Make sure to observe all copyright laws if using quoted materials.

Please note: Exhibits must be set up between 9:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. only. No exhibits may be set up after 9:30 a.m. Bring all supplies needed to set up on the table. There will be no electricity available.
