Our district has three association meetings, and your attendance is very important.

Thirty-Third District PTA Annual Association Meeting

Thursday, February 26, 2026  • 9:30 a.m. • Zoom

We are excited to invite you to the Thirty-Third District PTA Annual Association Meeting.
This meeting will take place virtually via Zoom on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.

 

  • 9:00 a.m. – Login to waiting room for admittance to the meeting

  • 9:30 a.m. – CALL TO ORDER for business of the district, which may include but is not limited to the presentation of financial reports, ratification of contracts, and adoption of recommendations from the executive board.

 

Please register by February 23, 2026, for the meeting.

 

 

 

To vote or make a motion during the meeting, you must:

  • Be a member of a unit within Thirty-Third District PTA for the 2025-2026 membership year by December 31st of 2025

  • Have held membership for at least 30 days prior to the meeting

  • Membership will be verified through TOTEM or by a copy of your membership card.

  • Must come from an association in good standing

An association in good standing is one whose dues and insurance premiums are paid.


Agenda Book: All registered attendees will receive the agenda book by email a few days before the meeting.

Included below is the section of the Thirty-Third District PTA Bylaws explaining how Annual
Association Meeting voting delegates are calculated:

ARTICLE XII – DISTRICT ANNUAL MEETING

SECTION 3.


***a. This district shall establish a quorum for the transaction of business in any meeting of the district. 
**b. ____Forty-nine____ (__49__) delegates representing ____Fifteen_____(__15__) local associations shall constitute a quorum.


SECTION 4.


a. Each association in good standing shall be entitled to be represented at the district annual meeting by the president or his representative and one delegate or alternate for every _____fifty_____(__50__) members. Said delegate must have been a member at least thirty (30) days prior to the annual meeting.

b. Members of the district executive board and past presidents of this district shall, upon presentation of current membership cards, be granted credential cards for the district annual meeting.

c. A delegate shall not be allowed to represent more than one association and no person shall have more than one vote.
