District Events

Our district has three association meetings, and your attendance is very important.

Spring Awards & Association Meeting

Our Spring Awards & Association Meeting will take place in-person on Thursday, April  18, 2024, at The Grand, Long Beach Event Center, 4101 E. Willow St., Long Beach 90815.

  • 8:30 a.m.   Check-In

  • 9:00 a.m.   Buffet Breakfast

  • 9:30 a.m.   Program

The cost is $50 per person through April 11, and $60 per person beginning April 12. The cost includes a buffet breakfast and parking. Online registration will close on April 17, 2024, at 10 p.m. On-site registration at a cost of $60 per person will be subject to availability and not guaranteed. 

Business may include but is not limited to the presentation of financial reports, the adoption of the mid-year financial review, the ratification of contracts, and major financial decisions. To vote during the meeting, you must be a member of a unit within Thirty-Third District PTA for the 2023-2024 year for at least 30 days. We will verify your membership through TOTEM. If we are unable to verify your membership by TOTEM, you will receive an email request for a copy of your membership card. You may be asked to bring your membership card (hard copy or electronic) to the event for verification.
