Annual Meeting
Our Annual Association Meeting will take place in-person on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at The Grand, Long Beach Event Center, 4101 E. Willow St., Long Beach 90815.

The cost is $50 per person until February 19. (The cost is $60 from February 20.) The cost includes a buffet breakfast and parking. Online registration will close on February 26, 2024, at 12 p.m. On-site registration at a cost of $60 per person will be subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Business may include but is not limited to the presentation of financial reports, ratification of contracts, and major financial decisions. To vote during the meeting, you must be a member of a unit within Thirty-Third District PTA for the 2023-2024 year for at least 30 days. We will verify your membership through TOTEM. If we are unable to verify your membership by TOTEM, you will receive an email request for a copy of your membership card. You may be asked to bring your membership card (hard copy or electronic) to the event for verification.
